7th Sept 2009: Beautiful – perfect weather. Invited to go quadding with my brother and family and will enjoy the beautiful forests and have a picnic. Unlike one would think we don’t disturb the forest and what we bring in we take out. A lovely day off! Grateful to have a day off.
1 Jan 2009: Every day I wake up! I do! Isn’t that amazing! I am grateful for that. Everyday this month I have made it my morning task to go to the beautiful calendar (the one my daughter makes me every December with my grandchildrens pictures) and I draw a happy face with my blue highlighter on that day’s square and remind myself: “I am happy to be alive and healthy.” I have had a very good month. No matter what is happening around us each moment is a blessing and a miracle.
